WriterCoach Connection trains its large, diverse group of volunteers to work one-on-one with 7-10th grade students in Oakland, Berkeley, and Albany schools. Teachers invite WriterCoaches into their classrooms, so that every student, no matter what his or her writing proficiency, can benefit from coaching.
WriterCoach Connection assigns a site coordinator to every school to take care of logistics—so volunteers can spend 100% of their time coaching. As we celebrate our 10th year in service, we would like to include you in our broad base of support!
